The hotel is conveniently located, close to the railway station Santa Maria Novella. It is also near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The rooms are spacious, sunny, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy great views of the city from their windows. The bathrooms are shared but they are well-maintained and equipped with necessary amenities. The breakfast offered is good, with a variety of options available. The staff is friendly and communication is not a problem.
The noise from the street can be bothersome for light sleepers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was excellent, as it was very close to the train station and just a short walk from the city center. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was a major plus. the hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy. The rooms were super clean and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great location, near train station and next to the city centre. The hotel offers basic amenities and comfortable rooms with great views over Florence. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is included.
